Carlos Boozer played for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2002-2004. He played with LeBron James his first two seasons and were a great young duo. Would LeBron James not be having this free agent frenzy if Carlos Boozer was still in Cleveland?
I think that James would easily have re-signed with the Cavaliers on July 1st at 12:01. Boozer was averaging a double-double before he left for Utah.
LeBron James was a great player with him as a young player coming out of Saint Vincent-Saint Mary High School just a few minutes away from Quicken Loans Arena.
If Boozer had stayed in Cleveland, I think they would've had a title by now. He has blossomed into one of the best low post scorers in the NBA.
I don't know how the Cavaliers let him slip away from their hands.
LeBron James is now 25 years old, I think he could've won one title by the age of 21 if he were to still have Carlos Boozer.
Now, both of them are free agents this Summer. I think they they could have a reunion, but it would probably happen on a different team though.
Just think if Carlos Boozer was still in Cleveland, would they have multiple titles and LeBron wouldn't be in this situation.
