Ohio State has one of the best basketball recruiting classes for this year. The Buckeyes landed two players that could be one and done, but could take them far in the NCAA Tournament.
Those two guys are Deshaun Thomas from Fort Wayne Luers High School in Indiana and Jared Sullinger from Northland High School in Columbus, Ohio.
Both of them were Mr. Basketball and can take over a game at any time.
First, let's start off with Deshaun Thomas. Thomas averaged almost 30 points per game with Luers and won Mr.Basketball for Indiana.
Also, Thomas dominated the Indiana vs Kentucky All Star Games. Thomas should be a starter at small forward at 6'6 for the Buckeyes.
Now, we get to Jared Sullinger. Sullinger is rated #5 in the 2010 class and won Mr.Basketball for Ohio.
Sullinger was the starting center for Northland, but should start at power forward for Ohio State at 6'8.
Expect Jared Sullinger to dominate on the offensive side and defensive side of the ball for Ohio State.
The Freshman duo of Deshaun Thomas and Jared Sullinger should make the Ohio State Buckeyes contenders to win the Big 10 Championship and possibly a deep run in the NCAA Tournament in March.
